The Executive Track Club wins the first heat of the women’s division in 45.10. In the second section, Team USA wins in 43.46, with US Hurdlers second in 44.39.
Executive Track Club wins the first men’s heat in 39.82. Nike Central Park TC takes the second section in 42.14 and Bronx International wins the third (44.46).

Thursday Night Distance Races

Liz Costello of Princeton won the college women’s 3000-meter run championship in 9:35.01. The 5000 championship went to Costello’s freshman teammate, Ashley Higginson, in 16:22.56. Lindsay Donaldson of Yale (16:24.01) was second. Higginson won the Relays high school girls 3000 the past two years.
